After i paid for the 6 red roses with a teddy bear i realized the arrival time might be later than the timewindow of the receptives presence in booked area. I wanted to surprise my wife at work during her workhours. I would, obviously, have done that myself if i could but we currently lives in different countries, so the distance is too far, thus the dependency of this delivery.
Luckily, after a great call with customer service, the employee promised to see where the driver was and in worst case if she could make the driver prioritize this order. After a 30 min waiting time the employee mailed back and gave an approximated deliverytime to my satisfacion. My wife was over the moon happy with the flowers and the teddy bear.
They Did end up being of variated colors, not just red, which is the technically reason it Should have been 4 stars instead of 5. Ironically, my wife loved the multicolored flowers more than she would have loved just red roses, saying it represented her better, albeit not the traditional romantic colors of red.
Therefore i just want to point out, that to Us , the happy endresult still leads to a 5 out of 5. I am very pleased with my purchase.
