The only difference between roses and mixed bouquets is that a mixed flower arrangement is composed of various different types of flowers. We have roses with different colours such as red, white and pink. For all orders placed to arrive within the GTA, they will be boxed and hand delivered by our courier straight to the doorstep of the recipient. If they are going outside of the GTA, they will be professionally wrapped and boxed to arrive the next day in beautiful condition.

Our premium flowers reign from Ecuador straight from the farm directly to the consumer. This implies that there is no third party courier used and they are directly transported to us at the fastest convenience.

Where do you deliver?
My Flowers delivers flowers all across Ontario and Quebec. If you order flowers going within Toronto or the surrounding GTA cities, they will be hand delivered directly to the doorstep. Any going outside of these areas and anywhere in Quebec, will be boxed professionally and shipped to arrive the next business day.
The GTA cities include: Vaughan, Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bolton, North York, Schomberg and Stouffville.
How much does flower delivery cost?
All flower bouquets that are over $100 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Ontario and Quebec. All other roses and flower arrangements are subject to a minimum $15 shipping fee. The shipping fee will be calculated to your order depending on the location and postal code of the recipient.
How will I know my flower order has been delivered?
All orders being delivered within Toronto and the GTA will be hand delivered by our couriers. You will receive an email confirmation once the delivery has been completed. Any order that is being delivered outside the GTA Area or to another province will be shipped via UPS, Purolator, Canpar. You will be sent a tracking number that can then be followed until the delivery is completed.
How do I care for my flowers?
Your flowers came to you via a long journey. The process starts with high quality flowers, expert design, and is completed by careful packaging. Our professional florists upkeep each flower and bouquet daily to ensure freshness and excellent quality. Keep the water level in your vase one inch below the stems. This will help keep them fresh longer. Use warm water when preparing your vases of water. Cold water will cause the stems to wither more quickly, while warm water helps them stay strong and vibrant longer.
Be sure to remove any excess leaves that would be in the water and below the waterline within the vase.
Providing some food for the flowers and changing the water in the vase daily (or every couple of days will help maintain longevity). Remember to cut the end of each stem every few days as well. Always maintain a good environment for your flowers when you place them. It is important to have a cool location, with some accessibility to sunlight.
My flowers look smaller than in the original picture?
Flowers being smaller showcase their freshness. With good quality flowers, sometimes they are not always exactly as photographed. To preserve longevity, they may not have fully bloomed yet. This provides a long lasting flower bouquet with extremely healthy and vibrant, fresh flowers.When flowers appear smaller, they have not yet bloomed which provides an opportunity for the recipient to have the flowers you give them for a longer period of time. Any bouquet of roses or certain flowers in an arrangement may need more time to fully blossom, so with the right care, the recipient will be able to watch this stage of growth for their bouquet.
