Why do my flowers look smaller than in the picture?
The main reason that flowers may arrive smaller than in the original image is due to prioritizing the freshness of the blooms. When flowers are extremely fresh, newly cut and grown, they arrive in a smaller, ‘closed’ state. This will allow all flowers that haven’t reached their full bloom to grow over time, and the recipient can enjoy the progression as they open and expand to their full size. This generates not only a longer life of the flowers, but a longer period for the recipient to keep and enjoy them in their home or office. A delightful blooming growth of flowers is a happy, rewarding process that many people enjoy. Knowing that the flowers received are not past their peak and nearing their end, will ensure fresh, top quality flowers (that although appear smaller) will create a long lasting impression.
How do I care for my flowers?
Caring for your flower bouquet or arrangement involves many key steps that will boost their health and vibrancy. To ensure that your flowers remain fresh, you can follow the standard instructions:
By following all of these standard instructions and procedures, you will be able to nurture your flowers and prolong their longevity and freshness.
Is a vase included with the flowers?
Vases only come included with the flowers bouquets and arrangements when specified on the website and shown in the product picture. These flowers will come already placed in the vase when delivered and ready to be put on display.
Flower arrangements and bouquets that are sold on their own without specification of a vase, or it is now shown in the product image will come just the bouquet professionally wrapped.
How are your flowers packaged?
Each flower bouquet is professionally wrapped and packaged beautifully for delivery. The flowers are wrapped in a hydration pack that keeps the stems and flowers hydrated for a few hours prior to when they are received. It is enclosed in Korean style wrapping paper for an elegant presentation and smooth delivery.
Does the recipient need to be present to accept flowers?
If the recipients are home or available at the time of delivery, they will be delivered directly to them. In the case the recipient is not available to accept the flowers, the couriers will still complete deliveries. If there is a secure place on a covered porch, or with a concierge in an apartment building, and weather permitting, then the flowers will be delivered regardless if the recipient is not present to receive them.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipients are not home and available to directly receive the flowers, then the couriers will make a consecutive decision to leave the flowers for them to receive later. If the weather is appropriate (not extremely hot or cold), and there is a covered porch, then the flowers will be left for the recipient to receive at a later time.
When delivering to apartment buildings, if the courier can access the building and the recipient is unable to receive it, they will leave it with the concierge or security desk. This also works for businesses where a co-worker or receptionist will accept the flowers on the recipient’s behalf to give it to them at an appropriate time when they are available.
If there is no secure place to leave the flowers, or someone will not accept them on behalf, then a redelivery will occur on a different day that works best for the recipient.
Can I send flowers to multiple recipients per order?
One order can be sent to a recipient at an address. You can order multiple baskets going to recipients at that same address.
If there are multiple recipients at different addresses, then each order must be placed separately.

Why do you need the recipient’s phone number?
A recipient’s phone number is always necessary so the courier can call them to notify them of the delivery. If they answer, the delivery can be completed efficiently with their knowledge. In the case there is no answer, a message can be left explaining that there is a delivery waiting for them. Having the recipient’s phone number can help the courier with any delivery issues if there is a mistake with the address, or they require more information to complete the delivery.

Can I send flowers to a bussiness, hotel or hospital?
Yes. You can have flowers sent to any business, hotel or hospital in the Toronto area. When sending to a hotel be sure to include the guest’s name that is registered with the hotel, and provide the room number information so they know exactly where to deliver. Couriers are not always allowed to go directly to the floor, so they will leave it with the concierge for them to deliver accordingly in this scenario.
To deliver to a hospital, there is a lot of information that is required. The name of the hospital, the name of the staff member or patient it is being delivered to, the wing, the room number information, etc. The more information provided, the more efficient the delivery will be. Couriers are not allowed to roam the hospital and can only deliver to the front desk area, and therefore more information provided will make the search easier to find the correct person to deliver it to.
Can a specific delivery time be requested?
There are no specific delivery times that can be requested. When the selected delivery date is chosen, it will be delivered on that date usually between 1-7pm EST. Due to the volume and route the courier has, the specific time cannot be requested or determined. You can choose a specified delivery date of Monday through Saturday and it will be delivered in the afternoon between this time range on that date.
If the delivery city is outside of Toronto, it will be shipped with UPS, Purolator, Canpar and they have their own regulations for delivery. There is no specific timing but the tracking link will update the date of delivery to follow.
How will I be notified when the flowers are delivered?
Notification of delivery will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase. This will be confirmed after the delivery has been completed. Note that you should check your junk folder just in case the email got sent to it, instead of your inbox. When placing the order, if you opted in for SMS, you will be notified via text as well when the delivery is completed.
